What you'll do

• Respond to basic technical inquiries
• guide customers through file setup and submission
• review, analyze, and provide feedback on files
• perform simple file fixes
• prepare digital interiors and covers using client files and publisher specifications
• communicate with publishers and client service coordinators
• troubleshoot simple file and manufacturing issues
• learn internal systems and escalate quality concerns.
