What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment and cleaning supplies
• wash, sanitize, and dry kitchen utensils, equipment, and other items
• maintain a pace that prevents dish backups
• return and restock clean items
• monitor dishwashing machinery and report issues
• identify low cleaning supplies
• assist with back-of-house and restroom cleanliness
• empty and maintain garbage areas
• and follow safety and sanitation procedures. The posting requires availability for varied hours, days, and shifts, including weekends.
