Director of Portfolio Management

The Director of Portfolio Management is an onsite role based in White Plains, NY, with a salary range of $190,000–$220,000 per year. This position supports the RWE Americas project management team by overseeing the readiness and execution of a diverse renewable energy project portfolio. This role exists to maximize project portfolio readiness by allocating execution resources, de-risking projects, and leading process improvements from development through financial approval. The director ensures that project value drivers are maintained and that AI-enabled tools are integrated into execution workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.

• Direct execution and project management support, implement process improvements for cost estimating and scheduling, track portfolio KPIs, support AI enablement in project management, and collaborate with EPC procurement to match partners with high-quality projects.
