What you'll do

• Manage complex cases from factual and procedural perspectives
• coordinate attorneys, clients, counsel, paralegals, assistants, and vendors
• and draft documents and correspondence for attorney review. Support document collections, interviews, hearings, depositions, trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Apply court rules and filing requirements
• lead and delegate paralegal and case-assistant work
• manage staffing, workflows, vendors, and budgets
• oversee case-management tools
• develop tracking processes
• mentor legal staff
• and serve as a key client contact.
