The Wellness Director — Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse role is onsite in Arvada, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay of $90,000–$110,000 per year. At Amira Choice Arvada, the director leads a health services team focused on resident-centered assisted living care. The role provides clinical leadership and supervision, supports compliant care practices, and helps ensure residents’ needs and preferences are met with dignity. It also partners with the Executive Director and regional team on staffing, team development, quality improvement, and resident wellbeing.

Why this role

Requires a current Colorado RN or LPN license. An internal triage team handles calls from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday–Friday and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
