The Executive Director, Senior Living role is onsite in Laurel, MD, with compensation of $110,000–$125,000 annually and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. The Executive Director leads all aspects of community operations and is accountable for operational performance, resident experience, financial management, team development, occupancy, and regulatory compliance. The role sets the community’s culture and coordinates departments to sustain quality, person-centered care and effective operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day community operations and resident services
• lead culture and employee retention efforts
• oversee admissions, service plans, healthcare coordination, and care management
• manage operating and capital budgets and performance
• recruit, develop, and retain staff
• support occupancy, tours, and referral relationships
• ensure regulatory compliance, records, emergency preparedness, safety, and quality improvement.
