Global Process Safety Engineer

Job overview

The Global Process Safety Engineer is an onsite role based in Boise, ID. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the global Process Safety function for next-generation memory technology. This role exists to drive the Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) framework for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technologies. By identifying and mitigating safety risks across global development and manufacturing, the engineer ensures consistent and safe scaling of complex processes.

What you'll do

• Lead RBPS governance and drive consistency across sites.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to assess process safety risks.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) processes.
• Facilitate hazard analyses, audits, and root cause investigations.
