What you'll do

• Follow each resident’s assessment and care plan
• assist with bathing, dressing, oral care, grooming, and incontinence care
• administer medication when state-certified as a CMA and maintain medication charts and narcotic counts
• keep care records current
• observe and report changes or incidents
• communicate shift updates with CNAs and CMAs
• maintain a clean, safe home and do laundry
• prepare meals according to menus and special dietary needs
• provide resident interaction and activities
• attend required staff education
• and refer property or yard maintenance issues to management.
