What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch recurring service work, return visits, and callbacks
• communicate with customers by phone, email, and cases
• prepare daily work information for crews
• maintain scheduling and specialty-equipment reports
• coordinate with Marketing and management
• order materials and manage vendor deliveries
• organize tagged plant material
• manage utility-location requests and right-of-way permits
• coordinate service drops
• review sales confirmations and share scheduling lead times.
