Tax Manager, CPA

The position also leads engagement work, reviews returns, mentors tax staff, and helps clients address tax matters and make informed business and financial decisions.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns
• oversee federal and state tax compliance engagements
• research and resolve technical tax issues
• identify tax planning opportunities
• monitor tax law changes
• build client relationships and provide strategic guidance
• mentor and review tax staff
• assist with engagement planning and workflow
• manage multiple engagements, deadlines, budgets, and timelines
• coordinate with internal teams and firm leadership.
