Registered Nurse (RN) Quality Educator

The Registered Nurse (RN) Quality Educator role is onsite in Webster, NY, with a Monday–Friday day schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The salary range is $76,606–$107,993 per year. UR Medicine Home Care’s quality and education department supports staff training and quality patient care. This role helps onboard and educate clinical staff, reinforce agency policies and best practices, and support process improvements. Through staff coaching, home visits, chart audits, and outcome monitoring, the educator contributes to safe care, positive patient outcomes, and staff retention.

What you'll do

• Coordinate clinical education with the education team and field clinicians
• support new employee orientation and track progress
• collaborate with clinical operations, quality, education, specialists, and compliance
• coach staff on clinical skills and critical thinking
• conduct joint home visits and chart audits
• provide education on best practices, documentation, and regulatory updates
• monitor agency reports and prepare reports on care utilization and outcomes.
