What you'll do

• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop instructors and Studio Leads
• manage daily studio operations, schedules, facility standards, and client concerns
• monitor memberships, utilization, retention, payroll, revenue, and expenses
• analyze KPIs and implement action plans
• coach consultative selling
• build community partnerships
• provide business updates to ownership
• complete instructor training
• teach an average of 6–8 classes weekly and maintain an in-studio presence during at least 25 class times per week.
