What you'll do

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow
• train and mentor warehouse associates
• serve as the first escalation point for employee questions
• oversee receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of materials
• ensure labeling, documentation, and inventory transaction accuracy
• conduct cycle counts and support annual inventory
• coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics to resolve discrepancies
• enforce safe practices, forklift and PPE requirements, and daily safety checks
• support OSHA, ITAR/EAR, and quality compliance
• recommend process improvements and support Lean and 5S initiatives
• assist with performance reporting.
