What you'll do

• Plan and execute a year-round calendar of public events, private celebrations, retreats, and equine and nature programs
• serve as the primary contact for clients, performers, retreat leaders, and vendors
• lead onsite setup, guest flow, vendor coordination, and breakdown
• coordinate with Operations, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, and Marketing
• manage entertainers, vendors, contracts, timelines, and logistics
• conduct site tours and convert inquiries into bookings
• support pricing, job costing, deposits, and payment timelines
• upsell amenities and experiences
• maintain client relationships
• and help develop event procedures, hospitality standards, and staff training materials.
