The Bilingual Packaging Operator (Spanish) role is onsite in Little Falls, MN, with pay of $21.50–$24.50 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Barrett Petfood makes pet food products. The operator supports safe, reliable production and customer quality by setting up packaging equipment, checking product and packaging standards, recording quality checks, and helping resolve line issues. The role also coordinates with teammates and supervisors to keep production moving and escalate safety, quality, or equipment concerns.

What you'll do

• Set packaging lines and dog food bags to correct centerlines
• monitor product quality and verify paperwork
• record metal, weight, seal, and lot-code checks
• assign and verify cleaning duties and documentation
• coordinate upcoming jobs with material handlers
• communicate packaging needs and escalate safety, quality, or production issues
• troubleshoot equipment and notify maintenance of line breakdowns.
