What you'll do

• Follow safety programs, PPE requirements, and plant policies
• interpret work orders, procedures, specifications, and safety guidance
• process rayon fabrics through specified operations
• process carbon and graphite materials through carbonizing, re-rolling, and oven-firing operations
• start up, shut down, thread, monitor, and maintain production equipment
• prepare reports and logs
• collect samples and perform quality inspections
• perform minor maintenance, report malfunctions, and participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
