The role offers a great work/life balance with a 1 in 6 weekly call schedule and the option for a 4-day work week after one year. A $30K sign-on bonus and $30K retention bonus are offered. This is an onsite, full-time role in McKinney, TX. Unified Women's Healthcare is a national network of Ob-Gyn practices.

What you'll do

• Join a practice of 6 OB/GYN physicians with 4 Nurse Midwives and 4 Nurse Practitioners.
• Two office locations: McKinney and Prosper.
• Deliveries and surgical procedures at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and Medical City McKinney Hospitals.
• 1 in 6 weekly call schedule with weekend coverage only once every 6 weeks.
• Option for a 4-day work week after 1 year.
• Patient Census: 25-30 /daily per OB/GYN.
• Average of 10-12 deliveries per month.
