What you'll do

• Provide direct care to medical, surgical, and cardiovascular patients requiring advanced monitoring
• manage ventilators, lines, IV pumps, CRRT, IABP, and Impella devices
• support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff
• collaborate on care plans and discharge planning
• document patient status, interventions, and outcomes electronically.

Why this role

Night schedule is 3×12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. Montana RN licensure or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility, BLS, and ACLS are required; PALS must be completed within six months of hire. Cardiac Surgical ICU experience and familiarity with Impella, balloon pumps, and CRRT are preferred.
