• understand client needs and present Jaguar or Land Rover products
• conduct vehicle demonstrations and walk-arounds
• follow up throughout the sales process
• manage customer portfolios using CRM and digital tools
• develop repeat and referral business
• coordinate with management, BDC, finance, and service departments
• work toward sales, gross profit, CSI, and retention objectives.
