What you'll do

• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants with delegated care
• follow medication procedures
• adhere to infection-control practices
• respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations
• document in electronic medical records
• prioritize patient care
• educate patients and families
• maintain supplies and equipment
• schedule referrals and pre-certifications
• support reporting, refills, and patient education
• delegate appropriate tasks to unlicensed nursing personnel.
