Staff Thermal Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, validate, and optimize rack- and server-level thermal solutions
• partner with data center teams on end-to-end thermal architecture
• review and evaluate vendor thermal designs and simulations
• debug thermal and system issues
• coordinate thermal strategy across cooling distribution units, server platforms, and facilities
• support production readiness and ramp
• mentor junior engineers.
