The Maintenance Technician – Night Shift role is onsite in Fond du Lac, WI, with pay of $30–$40 per hour. The position supports a food manufacturer’s plant and production operations. The technician maintains building and production equipment during rotating 12-hour night shifts, troubleshooting operational issues and performing preventive, routine, and emergency repairs to support safe, reliable processing.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot plant operational, utility, and maintenance issues
• perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on buildings and equipment
• diagnose and repair pumps, drives, conveyors, and packaging lines
• support utilities and refrigeration systems
• work within food-safety practices.
