What you'll do

• Oversee dental clinic operations and patient access
• develop and monitor operational strategies, policies, and workflows
• collaborate with dental providers on care quality
• manage budgets and financial performance
• monitor productivity, staffing, scheduling, and patient metrics
• recruit and develop staff
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
• support patient safety and risk management
• oversee dental insurance and revenue-cycle workflows
• report KPIs
• and lead process-improvement and service-expansion initiatives.
