The CNC Setup Operator – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Alexandria, MN, Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The anticipated pay range is $22.00–$34.51 per hour. The role supports Alexandria Extrusion Company’s manufacturing operations and customer orders. This operator sets up and runs CNC and related equipment, checks parts against specifications, and troubleshoots production issues to help deliver quality components safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC machines and set up machines across shop areas and disciplines, including robotics. Perform CPK studies, first-article inspections, and PPAP processes as required
• troubleshoot machine errors and part variances
• read manufacturing orders and blueprints
• inspect parts using precision measurement devices
• load programs into CMM machines
• perform basic machine maintenance and shop support
• and communicate across shifts to support customer orders. Assist with operator training as assigned and cross-train on shop equipment.
