What you'll do

• Model service delivery and mentor Life Skills Trainers
• communicate staffing needs to program management
• provide clinical direction for the shift and act as liaison for clinical and operational on-call
• guide clients toward independence in daily living, community living, health, medication management, physical, cognitive, therapeutic, recreational, and vocational activities.
