Construction Project Manager — Commercial/Multifamily

What you'll do

• Plan and execute construction projects

• establish safety procedures and enforce OSHA compliance
• define scope, resources, goals, and deliverables
• monitor milestones, costs, and progress
• coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• manage approved changes
• report performance and maintain project records
• direct and support project personnel
• oversee safety, quality, permits, inspections, and MIOSHA compliance
• assist with estimates, bids, proposals, and budget management.

Why this role
