Service Writer — BTE Body

What you'll do

• Greet customers and initiate repair write-ups
• determine customer needs and document information on repair orders
• provide supporting documents for warranty coverage and open campaigns
• record payment methods, pickup or delivery arrangements, authorizations, and purchase order numbers
• obtain customer approvals and provide estimates
• book and close waiter service tickets
• assist with closing other repair orders
• answer service calls
• maintain product knowledge as the customer liaison to the Service Department.
