Residential Caregiver / Home Health Aide

The Residential Caregiver / Home Health Aide role is onsite in the Gibsonia, PA area, with pay up to $20 per hour depending on qualifications, availability, and skills. The role supports consumers with developmental disabilities in group homes in the Wexford and/or Gibsonia areas. Caregivers provide personal care and practical daily-living support to help individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities maintain quality of life. The work includes household tasks, meal preparation, and support with functional activities and life skills.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care management
• assist with daily functional activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, and life-skills groups
• attend one week of client training Monday through Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
• maintain reliable attendance and transportation.
