What you'll do

• Prospect and secure clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• develop business across staffing sectors
• conduct client meetings, presentations, facility tours, and contract negotiations
• build relationships with decision-makers
• grow existing accounts
• maintain a sales pipeline and meet revenue and gross-profit goals
• monitor the Houston market
• collaborate with recruiting and operations
• and assist with training and developing account managers and recruiters as the market grows.
