What you'll do

• Greet, direct, and assist patients and visitors
• schedule and register patients and accurately collect required information
• determine eligibility for services
• explain payment policies and monitor and collect amounts due
• manage the waiting-room environment
• keep patients informed about wait times
• and maintain a comfortable, clean waiting area.
