What you'll do

• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and other destinations, including trips of 50 miles or more
• assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles, including those with mobility challenges
• maintain a clean and safe vehicle
• coordinate scheduling and client needs with care coordinators
• report changes in client condition or behavior
• follow traffic laws and company driving policies
• provide courteous, patient-centered service.
