Retail Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Serve as the organization’s primary internal representative
• explain products, services, and capabilities to customers
• communicate customer requirements to the support team
• respond to customers by phone or in person
• provide product and service information, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, and obtain complaint details
• determine service charges, collect deposits or payments, or arrange billing
• answer questions and suggest relevant products and services.
