What you'll do

• Build, develop, and retain customers
• process requests for quotes and purchase orders
• manage customer requirements, quote follow-ups, and expedited orders
• forecast sales, analyze account data, and promote sales
• coordinate with Outside Account Managers and Project Managers on profit, inventory suggestions, and pricing
• review work processes and suggest improvements
• offer practical alternatives to help close orders at higher margins.
