What you'll do

• Process purchase-order and non-purchase-order invoices
• match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• obtain approvals and resolve discrepancies
• enter and code invoices
• reconcile vendor statements
• process ACH, wire, and check payments
• respond to vendor inquiries
• prepare AP accruals and reports
• maintain audit documentation
• follow internal controls and company policies.
