What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines
• handle, portion, prepare, and store ingredients properly
• follow food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols
• monitor ingredient levels and communicate stock needs
• use FIFO to minimize waste
• coordinate preparation tasks with the culinary team
• complete tasks assigned by management.
