What you'll do
- Lead memory technology development and pathfinding for performance and cost scaling
- develop, characterize, qualify, and sustain fabrication processes
- design and execute experiments
- drive defect reduction, process capability, yield, cost, and cycle-time improvements
- investigate process and integration issues using statistical analysis and physical characterization
- define process specifications, control plans, metrology strategies, and documentation
- provide technical leadership for transfers, tool qualifications, change control, and continuous improvement
- mentor engineers and technicians
- travel at least 25%.
