What you'll do

• Lead development of resilient telephony environments
• evaluate VoIP processes, applications, and infrastructure
• develop and implement VoIP and IPv6 architecture
• oversee replacement, upgrades, design, and integration of voice and video solutions
• configure IP voice and video conference-room capabilities
• coordinate with SIP providers on number allocation, trunking, and security
• maintain 24/7 operational functionality and security
• mentor engineers
• visit client sites for assessments and service delivery.
