What you'll do
- Manage physical and electronic records
- oversee file creation, scanning, indexing, imports and exports, quality control, storage, retrieval, and disposition
- support conversion of physical records to electronic formats
- coordinate records activities for onboarding, file transfers, and departures
- assist with legal holds, audits, and records requests
- maintain records policies and standards
- monitor retention compliance
- track service levels and operational metrics
- identify workflow improvements
- assist with operational planning, vendor management, and departmental initiatives.

Why this role
