Experiential Education Facilitator

The Experiential Education Facilitator role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, with stated pay of $21–$22 per hour. It is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, with services provided in the community and in The Matthews House buildings. The organization’s mission is to empower youth and families through connection, self-efficacy, and independence. The facilitator plans and leads experiential learning for youth and young adults, helping them build confidence, practical life skills, and community connections. The work combines relationship-centered group facilitation with safety planning, activity logistics, documentation, and support for participants' education, employment, and life goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and facilitate experiential learning activities, outdoor education, and skill-building workshops
• build strengths-based relationships
• support group dynamics and youth leadership
• plan activity and trip logistics
• conduct risk assessments
• maintain attendance, activity, incident, and outcome records
• support grant and funder reporting.
