The Memory Care Caregiver role is onsite in Santa Barbara, CA, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. Oak Cottage of Santa Barbara is a senior living community managed by Integral Senior Living, which operates independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. The caregiver provides hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. The role assists with activities of daily living, supports resident independence and dignity, and engages residents in life enrichment activities.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas
• help residents maintain independence and dignity
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating as instructed
• engage residents in life skills and life enrichment activities.
