What you'll do

• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests
• answer calls and guest inquiries
• process reservations, cancellations, and room changes
• balance and reconcile transactions
• run nightly audit procedures and prepare accounting summaries
• resolve guest concerns
• follow overnight security and safety procedures
• maintain lobby and front desk areas
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• and prepare reports for management and morning staff.
