What you'll do

• Reconcile statements and ledgers
• bill and post new and used vehicle deals
• organize deal paperwork
• communicate cash requirements
• reconcile bank balances
• verify rebates and incentives
• support warranty and aftermarket submissions and cancellations
• assist with month-end close and financial statements
• support collections
• facilitate bank deposits
• apply payments and send statements
• process accounts payable and vendor records
• provide receptionist backup as needed.
