Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and support maintenance technicians
• schedule breakdown response and preventive maintenance
• develop maintenance programs and schedules
• monitor equipment performance
• work with operations to analyze recurring failures and implement solutions
• contribute to plant KPIs
• manage the maintenance budget, parts inventory, and vendor agreements
• ensure safety compliance

• maintain records and performance reports
• identify process improvements
• oversee facility and grounds maintenance.
