Agile IT Program Manager

The Agile IT Program Manager role is part-time, with onsite work as needed, for candidates located within one hour of Harrisburg, PA; Baltimore, MD; or New Castle, DE. Remote work may or may not be authorized depending on client requirements. Compensation is not specified. BVA Bear’s IT Solutions supports client programs and engagements. The program manager leads complex IT programs and serves as the primary client engagement manager, coordinating delivery across concurrent projects and work orders. The role manages schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication while aligning technical work with client objectives and supporting process improvement and strategic planning.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary client contact
• lead concurrent IT projects and work orders using Agile
• oversee schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts
• facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• coordinate cross-functional teams and technical deliverables
• monitor risks, issues, and dependencies
• prepare executive reports and dashboards
• manage change requests and requirements traceability
• identify process and technology improvements
• support proposal development and client needs identification
• maintain knowledge of ERP, ServiceNow, and Power BI platforms.
