What you'll do

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from filing through settlement, mediation, or trial
• evaluate liability, damages, and potential recovery
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
• take and defend depositions
• attend hearings
• negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• prepare witnesses, exhibits, and evidence for trial
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Why this role
