What you'll do

• Provide visible safety leadership through meetings, job briefs, audits, training, investigations, and site observations
• evaluate operational efficiency, reliability, and quality metrics
• drive process improvements
• lead crew effectiveness, quality, and productivity
• support resource forecasts and work plans
• recruit, coach, train, and manage employee performance
• maintain internal and external relationships
• oversee work documentation and regulatory compliance
• ensure required training is completed.
