What you'll do

• Lead a team of CNC Operators and Set-Up Operators
• Manage day-to-day priorities
• Develop standard work for production equipment
• Drive lean continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate staffing and time-off
• Monitor individual performance
• Host daily GEMBA walks
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams.
