Oral Surgeon

What you'll do

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver oral surgery procedures
• educate patients about treatment and preoperative and postoperative care
• prescribe medications as needed
• collaborate with specialists and general dentists
• follow safety, OSHA, and infection-control standards
• travel among assigned practices and transport necessary instruments, materials, and equipment
• provide general anesthesia, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation.
