Network Deployment Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple construction sites
• resolve project issues
• supervise and develop the deployment team
• coordinate build schedules and project plans with regional operations and engineering
• inspect site, cable, and electrical work
• direct and monitor rigger and tower crews
• forecast staffing, equipment, and material needs
• monitor and approve expenditures
• implement cost-saving measures and process improvements
• maintain project logs, quality metrics, and status reports
• coordinate on outages and service disruptions
• ensure training and compliance with company, OSHA, and safety policies
• notify site owners and property managers of scheduled work.
