What you'll do

• Set census and mix objectives with the CEO and administrators
• review census reports and facility marketing plans
• monitor quality-of-care programs and continuous quality improvement
• review budgets, labor and supply expenses, ancillary revenue, and clinical reimbursement processes
• orient and develop administrators
• conduct annual performance reviews and quarterly reviews.
